How to use:

1. Rotate counterclockwise to open the tank.

2. After opening, fill the water tank with water for face/body user or use a combo of alcohol/water combo for sanitation (depending on the alcohol you will need to find the perfect portion of water in the alcohol)

3. After adding liquid, turn it to tighten the tank (make sure the "L" groove is aligned)
