Delivery Timeline:

(We deliver all orders via USPS First Class Mail, unless you indicate another shipping method)

  • US Orders: Once your order is receives we start to process within 3-4 days.  Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks. Some items in your order might arrive much faster than times indicated above, we try our best for you to receive your goodies as quick as possible ;) 

  • International orders:  Depending on your location delivery times might vary, please email us for specific questions. 

Shipping Costs:

  • US Shipping- $3.99 Shipping for all orders under $50.  FREE Shipping on orders $50+
  • Canada- $18.99 Flat Shipping Fee for all items shipping to Canada.
  • International Orders-$25.99 starting Shipping fee for all items Outside the US and Canada. (Customers are responsible for any duties charged)

PLEASE NOTE: We use USPS to ship all orders and can no longer be responsible for lost or delayed packages once it is in USPS's possession

  Where do you ship your products from?

  • We ship all orders from New Jersey, USA via USPS First Class Mail.  Our products are made in the USA and Internationally as well!

How do I check the status of my order?  

  • You can log into your account to check the status, our team will send an email with tracking number once it is shipped.

     Receive updates on promotions and specials:

    • We have a newsletter that our customers can subscribe to! Scroll to the bottom of our site and subscribe!

    Returns/Exchanges:

    We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if there was a mistake on our end. In this case you must contact us in 2 days and once we approve the return/exchange, we must receive the items within 4 days of the purchase.  The items must be unworn and in its original condition with sales tags. To exchange or return items, please contact us at sales@spreadpixiedust.com.  We will provide instructions on returns and contact you once we receive the return and inspect it.  *Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or other issues occur.  No Returns/Exchanges on SWIM WEAR or SALE ITEMS!

     Out of Stock Items:

    Once an item is out of stock you can always email us to see when or if it will be restocked!
